Ensure Salam Neighbour’s school targets are met and our mission is consistently delivered across assigned districts -
Serve in a leadership role by guiding and supporting a team of Outreach Coordinators and Presenters -
Coordinate and oversee school engagement within a specific region -
Monitor session quality and coordinate feedback loops to maintain excellence -
Ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up for school presentations -
Liaise with teachers, school boards, and internal team members
Outreach Coordinator

Schedule and coordinate both virtual and in-person presentations -
Act as the primary liaison with teachers and school administrators -

Ensure all logistics, volunteer assignments, and communication with schools are handled smoothly
Presenter

Use prepared scripts and visuals to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact -
Deliver dynamic and engaging 30–60 minute presentations to youth audiences on topics like Islam 101, Ramadan, and Islamic Heritage -
Participate in da’wah training and continuous learning -
Answer questions in a respectful, age-appropriate, and educational manner (Refer to FAQ)
Events Team
Booth Events Lead

Reach out to festivals and venues to secure booth approvals -
Lead booth planning and execution, including volunteer recruitment and team cohesion -
Ensure the team is briefed, supported, and ready for public engagement -
