Classroom Visit: Catholic Secondary School – Hamilton
April 16 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

As part of our The World Religions Course, we will be visiting a few classrooms at a Catholic School to deliver an interactive and engaging workshop!
This fun, informative session gives students an opportunity to learn about the core beliefs, practices, and values of Islam, while also addressing common misconceptions and encouraging open, respectful dialogue.
Topics include:
- What do Muslims believe?
- What is the Qur’an and how is it used?
- Why do Muslims pray five times a day?
- 6 articles of faith.
- Misconceptions.
- And more – with lots of opportunities to ask questions (anonymous)!
The workshop is designed to be student-friendly, engaging, and interactive, with activities and discussion throughout to keep students involved and curious.
Our goal is to foster understanding, respect, and connection, while helping students see the diversity and richness of the Muslim experience – both globally and right here in Canada.
